The Recessed Plate Filter Press is a high-efficiency chamber-type filtration system designed for reliable solid–liquid separation in demanding industrial environments. Integrating mechanical structure, hydraulic driving, and electrical control into one coordinated unit, it delivers stable operation, strong dewatering capacity, and consistent filtration performance.
Built with a heavy-duty frame structure, the machine consists of a thrust plate, pressing plate, hydraulic cylinder, and reinforced main beam. This ensures excellent rigidity, long service life, and resistance to deformation under high filtration pressure. The compact and modular design allows flexible configuration according to different production capacities.
The filtration system is composed of recessed filter plates arranged in sequence, with filter cloth positioned between each plate to form multiple independent chambers. As slurry is pumped into the chambers, solids are retained by the filter cloth while clean filtrate is discharged through dedicated outlets. The uniform chamber structure guarantees even cake formation and stable filtration cycles. For applications requiring lower cake moisture, membrane squeeze plates can be optionally configured.
The hydraulic system provides stable high-pressure compression to tightly seal the plates during filtration, preventing leakage and ensuring operational safety. After the filtration cycle is complete, the system releases pressure efficiently for quick cake discharge.
An automatic plate shifting device is available to reduce manual labor and increase working efficiency. Controlled by a variable frequency motor and mechanical transmission system, plates are opened smoothly and sequentially for efficient cake removal.
The electrical control system serves as the operation center of the entire equipment. It supports manual, semi-automatic, or fully automatic control modes. Optional PLC and touchscreen interfaces make the system easy to operate, monitor, and maintain.
